Steinbach RCMP are investigating a local break-in that occurred earlier this week in the RM of La Broquerie.
On October 1, 2012, a break and enter occurred during daylight hours at a residence 3 miles south of the Town of La Broquerie, along Road 32 N. Police believe that multiple suspects are involved.
RCMP report that the suspects kicked in the back door of the residence and proceeded to steal a large Samsung television, surround sound speaker system, a 24 carat gold necklace and other jewelry. Several iPods and a black hand pellet gun were also taken from the residence.
Police are asking the public assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this or other break and enters in the area.
