23-year-old Travis Bilay of Dauphin.
Dauphin RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating 23-year-old Travis Bilay of Dauphin.
On January 4, 2013, at about 9pm, Dauphin RCMP were advised that 23-year-old Travis Bilay of Dauphin had not been heard from since January 1, 2013.
His family is concerned about his welfare since this is unusual for him not to be in contact with his family and friends. They have been unable to locate him. Police efforts to locate him have also been unsuccessful.
Bilay is described as 5’8″ tall and weights about 131 lbs. He has green eyes and brown hair.
