Adolfo Lozano, who was charged in a violent home invasion that occurred on January 5, 2012, will stand trial in late February or early March of 2013.
RCMP report that Lozano will face charges of uttering threats, assault, assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon, break and enter, possessing a weapon for dangerous purpose and also failing to comply with a court order.
Police say that Lozano has remained in custody since his arrest in relation to this offence.
