Around 6:10am, on April 18, 2013, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment were called to the intersection of Main Street South and Whitmore Avenue in Dauphin, regarding a collision between a car and a pedestrian.

Police say that a 54-year-old Dauphin woman was crossing Main Street when a car, which was turning onto Main Street and collided with her. The woman was taken to hospital by ambulance for her injuries and is listed as being in stable condition.

RCMP report that the car was being operated by a 22-year-old Dauphin man.
