On June 22, 2013, at about 12:20pm, Blue Hills RCMP in Carberry received a complaint advising that a 12-year-old girl had just witnessed a male exposing himself in public. The incident occurred on a path near a campsite by the main washroom and shower area in the Spruce Wood Provincial Park.
RCMP report that on June 23, a 25-year-old man was arrested in Carberry where he was temporarily residing.
Police say that the man has since been charged with exposure to a person under the age of 16 years, as well as breach of recognizance. The man has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Brandon Court.
