15-year-old Melanie Nancy Owens.
Teulon RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old youth, Melanie Nancy Owens.
Police say that Owens was last seen at her residence in the RM of Bifrost on July 31, 2013.
Melanie Owens is described as 5’2″ tall and about 110 lbs. She has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black pants and white running shoes.
Due to her age, Melanie is considered an at risk youth.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Melanie Owens is asked to call the Teulon RCMP at 204-886-3856 or their local police agency.
