Steinbach RCMP have made an arrest after discovering drugs in a vehicle during a recent traffic stop on Highway 12 North.
On August 23, 2013, Steinbach RCMP stopped a vehicle on Highway 12 North in Steinbach. During the course of the stop, the male driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
A search of the vehicle revealed a .5 ounce of a drug known as Molly which is primarily made up of MDMA.
The male was charged with possession of MDMA for the purpose of trafficking and released on a recognizance.
