Around 11pm on October 21, 2013, officers from the Dauphin RCMP began receiving reports of a truck, described by a witness as being a 4-door GMC pick-up, running into a number of garbage bins along Railway Avenue and West Street.

RCMP report that several garbage bins, which had been set out for morning garbage pick-up, were damaged. Less than an hour later, a number of reports of tire slashing were received, mostly from the south end of the City.

Police say that two males wearing black jackets and jeans, along with a third male wearing a white shirt and jeans, were seen in the vicinity of one of the crime scenes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Dauphin RCMP at 204-622-5020 or Manitoba Crime Stoppers.
