Crystal City RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 50-year-old Miranda McKinney.
McKinney was last seen in Swan Lake First Nation on the afternoon of October 29, 2013, with family reporting the disappearance to RCMP on November 5. It is unusual for Miranda McKinney to not inform family members of her whereabouts.
Miranda McKinney is described as 5’2″ tall with a medium build, shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Miranda McKinney is asked to call the Crystal City RCMP at 204-873-2114 or their local police agency.

On November 9, 2013, shortly before 10:30am, RCMP Search and Rescue located human remains of a female positively identified as Miranda McKinney. The investigation is ongoing.
