On May 7th, 2009 at 5:30 PM, Blue Hills RCMP detachment received a call from a 28 year old woman who lives in a rural residence in the RM of Oakland, Manitoba.
The woman was reporting that moments prior to the call, an unknown man had attended her residence, forced his way into the entrance of the residence, and sexually assaulted her. The woman’s two year old son was in the residence sleeping during the incident and was not harmed. The man left the residence in an unknown direction or method of travel.
The man is described as Caucasian: 6’2″; 175 lbs; medium build; clean shaven; short, sandy colored hair; having an attractive face; age in his late 20’s to early 30’s; wearing a navy or black long sleeved shirt; and loose fitting blue jeans.
This matter is still under investigation.
