Portage la Prairie RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Kara Monique Parent.
Parent was last seen in Portage la Prairie on the morning of May 17, 2014. She was wearing a black and white striped shirt, blue jean shorts, an Air Jordan baseball cap and glasses with thick, dark brown frames. Kara Monique Parent is described as 5’4” tall, 110 lbs, long blonde hair and hazel eyes.
It is believed that Parent may be in the Winnipeg area, and may be driving a dark grey Chevy Sonic, licence plate J08621.
