Swan River RCMP have charged a man and a youth, each with 13 counts of mischief under $5000.00, after receiving numerous slashed tire complaints from Swan River residents last Wednesday, May 20, 2009.
Michael Covic, age 18, has been remanded into custody and will next appear in Dauphin Provincial Court on May 26, 2009. A 17-year-old girl will be appearing in Swan River Provincial Court on July 15, 2009.
Both are residents of Swan River.
