Families desperately clinging to summer will enjoy the fact that the new splash park at E.A. Friesen Park is now open.

“Council is pleased that the E.A. Friesen Splash Park is now available in the downtown core as both a free and fun recreation opportunity for families in Steinbach,” said Mayor Chris Goertzen. “We look forward to enjoying the new facility for many years to come.”
The splash park was built by Questic Contracting and features several different sprays which run through four different cycles on a four minute timer. The splash park will be open until weather gets colder, and will run daily from 10am-8pm.
