On September 2, 2015, at about 11:30am, RCMP officers responded to a two vehicle head-on collision involving two SUVs on PR 201 in the RM of Montcalm, just east of Highway 75.

Initial police investigation confirmed that the driver of one of the vehicles involved was deceased. A passenger from the first vehicle and the driver and two passengers of the other SUV were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

An RCMP collision reconstructionist is assisting in the ongoing investigation.
