On July 21, 2016 at approximately 1:30pm, Lynn Lake RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 391, east of Lynn Lake, Manitoba.
Initial police investigation has revealed that a northbound SUV lost control on the gravel portion of the roadway before rolling over into a ditch. The driver, a 28-year-old male from Thompson, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger of the vehicle suffered non life threatening injuries.
A collision analyst is assisting the ongoing investigation in order to establish the contributing factors to this collision.
