On January 21, 2010, as a result of an investigation, Gillam RCMP seized 200 tablets of ecstasy from a 17-year-old male youth.
Approximate street value of the drugs is $4,000.
The male youth from Gillam has been formally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
First court appearance for the youth is set for April 13, 2010.
The investigation continues.
