13-year-old Seth Penner.
Lloydminster RCMP are asking the public assistance in locating 13-year-old Seth Penner.
Penner went missing from the Lloydminster on February 10, 2010.
Penner was last seen hitchhiking just East of Lloydminster and may be heading to Nelson House First Nation, Manitoba.
Penner is described as an aboriginal male, 5 feet tall, medium build wearing a dark blue jacket and light coloured blue jeans.

Seth Penner was located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and is now back with his family.
