A 34-year-old Winnipeg man is facing charges of impaired driving after being observed driving an ATV on Main Street in St. Malo without the required lights and helmet.
The male drove to the rear of the local hotel where he was subsequently arrested and his ATV impounded.
The male was released pending a future court appearance.
