Casey Clinton Dumas, wanted by RCMP.
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit, which consists of both RCMP and WPS Members, is requesting assistance from the public in locating 38-year-old Casey Clinton Dumas.
Police are seeking to locate Dumas as he has failed to comply with conditions of his probation order.
On April 22, 2010, a warrant of arrest was issued for Casey Dumas. Dumas’s criminal record includes several sexual assaults, aggravated sexual assault, break and enter, forcible entry and numerous breaches of probation orders.
Dumas has a long history of alcohol and substance abuse and are both contributing factors to his offending behaviour. Dumas is considered a high risk to re-offend both sexually and violently. Dumas frequents the downtown area however his whereabouts are unknown at this time.
Dumas is described as aboriginal, 5’11”, 181 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.

On the morning of May 5, 2010, Casey Clinton Dumas was located and arrested in Winnipeg by the members of the Winnipeg Police Service. He was arrested without incident and is now back in custody.
