On May 18-24, 2010, RCMP D Division reports numerous charges being laid during Canada Road Safety Week 2010.
The following figures have been compiled from D Division Traffic Services and Detachments in the Province of Manitoba.
• Roadside suspensions with screening device – 22
• Criminal drinking driving charges – 41
• Seat belt charges – 172
• Aggressive/unsafe driving charges – 943
There were 2 serious collisions reported during this period, none with fatalities.
