On July 3, 2010, in the early morning hours, the Norway House RCMP members executed two search warrants at two different locations in the community of Norway House, Manitoba.

RCMP members executed a search of a residence along Highway 373 in Norway House, Manitoba. Three people were arrested in the residence and taken into Police custody. Police later searched the residence and located a quantity of crack cocaine, cash, and firearms. Through this investigation, three people have been charged. Gordon James Queskekapow (54), Caroline Joan Queskekapow (55) and Sheldon Earl North (33) have been charged for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine. All accused are set to appear in Provincial court at a later date.
 
At the second residence that the RCMP searched that morning, police arrested one person inside the residence and took them into custody.  Police searched the residence and located 10 ounces of cannabis marijuana, the equivalent of 1400 marihuana cigarettes and a quantity of cash. Through this investigation, two Norway House residents have been charged.  Carmen Elizabeth Anderson (41) and Darcy Clayton Anderson (20) have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis marijuana. Both are set to appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
 
The Norway House RCMP would like to encourage members of the public that have any information pertaining to the drug trafficking in the Norway House area to come forward so that the RCMP can continue its efforts to enforce this issue to its fullest. Drug Trafficking in the Norway House area is a priority to the RCMP and would not be possible without the assistance of the citizens in this area.
