Dauphin RCMP arrested 2 men from Crane River for impaired driving this past weekend.
Officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP Detachment observed a car turning off Main Street onto 1st Avenue S.W. The car then followed another car in to a parking lot. The officers noted that the car had a flat tire. When the officers approached the driver of the car with the flat tire, they noted that he showed signs of being impaired by alcohol. The driver of the first car also showed signs of being impaired by alcohol when the officers spoke with him. Both drivers were arrested for impaired driving.
A 21-year-old man and a 28-year-old man are to appear in Dauphin court on August 31, 2010. Both men are from Crane River, Manitoba.
