Morris RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Stacey Thomas of St. Joseph, Manitoba, who went missing August 23, 2010.
During the evening hours of August 23, 2010, Stacey Thomas left the family residence, saying she was going for a walk. Since that time, her family has not had any direct contact with her other than that of a few electronic messages.
Stacey Thomas is considered to be a vulnerable person and her family and police are seeking the public’s assistance in determining her whereabouts and well being. It is believed at this time that Stacey may be staying in Winnipeg.
Stacey is described as female, may appear to be between 16 and 20 years of age, aboriginal in appearance, 5’3″ tall, slim build, black hair (below the shoulder) and brown eyes.

As a result of information from the public, Stacy Thomas was located by investigators at a location in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 7, 2010. She is reported to be safe, and the investigation into her whereabouts will be concluded.
