At approximately 11:15pm on September 7, 2010, an 18-year-old resident of the Shoal River Indian Reserve was arrested after threatening a local Swan River cab driver with a knife.

RCMP report that the cab driver was not harmed nor was anything stolen during the altercation.

Ray Vaughn Munro has been charged with uttering threats, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace.  Munro has been remanded into custody and his next court appearance is in Dauphin Provincial Court on Monday, September 13, 2010, at 10am.
