Keystone Agricultural Producers (KAP) is pleased to announce the re-election of the President and two Vice Presidents, following its annual meeting last week.
Ian Wishart was elected to his second term as President, after having served four years in the position of Vice President. He runs a mixed farm operation near Portage la Prairie. His areas of interest and expertise include environmental issues, education finance, and business risk management.
Robert McLean, a grain and livestock farmer from Manitou, was elected to serve his fourth one-year term as Vice President. He continues to be involved in rail and highway transportation issues as well as KAP’s livestock committee.
Rob Brunel, a grain and oilseeds farmer from Ste. Rose du Lac, was elected to his second term as Vice President. He currently chairs KAP’s young farmers committee and has been active on the environment and grains, oilseeds, and pulses committees.
