At approximately 3am on December 23, 2010, Central Plains RCMP responded to a house fire on PR 250 in the RM of North Norfolk, Manitoba.
When members arrived at the location, they noted that both the Austin and the MacGregor Fire Departments were already on scene.
The fire departments were able to extinguish the fire however the single family residence suffered a total loss. There were no injuries reported, nor was an estimate of the damages provided.
The cause of the fire has not been determined. The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
