On February 14, 2011, just after 6:30pm, Central Plains RCMP received a report of an armed robbery on the first block of 1st Street SW in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
Investigation revealed that while attempting to deliver a pizza for Bozzy’s Pizza, the delivery driver was robbed at knife point. While the driver was out of his vehicle, suspects approached him from behind and pushed him. The suspects then pointed a knife at the delivery driver and told him to give them his money. The suspects ran off on foot after stealing an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.
The suspects have been described as both male. One male was approximately 6 feet tall with husky build wearing a dark green winter jacket with a hood covering his head, dark pants and a black neck warmer pulled up over his nose and mouth. The second suspect was described as also being approximately 6 feet tall with a husky build wearing a black neck warmer covering his mouth and nose, a black winter jacket with hood, black pants and had longer hair tucked behind his ear.
