On April 30, 2016, officers from the Manitoba RCMP Major Crime Services arrested two men in connection with the homicide of Nicholas Brophy.

On May 1, 2016, Steinbach RCMP received several complaints regarding civic signs, highway signs and mail boxes that were either damaged onsite or removed completely.

At approximately 6:30am, on April 30, 2016, Opaskwayak Cree Nation RCMP Detachment received a report of a vehicle on fire within the community.

Steinbach RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in solving multiple related mischief incidents that occurred sometime this past weekend on the night of April 30, 2016.

On April 28, 2016, around 6:40pm, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP received a report of a pedestrian that had been hit by a vehicle on Main Street in Dauphin, Manitoba.

On April 25, 2016 at approximately 2pm, Norway House RCMP responded to an assault of an adult female on PTH 373, near Pine Creek.

On April 25, 2016, at approximately 5:30pm, officers from The Pas RCMP were called to the Opaskwayak Cree Nation following the discovery of a deceased female.

On April 24, 2016, at 8:15am, Bloodvein RCMP officers received the report of a single vehicle rollover involving a pickup truck on East Side Road, approximately 5 kilometres south of the Bloodvein River bridge.

On April 23, 2016, just before midnight, Blue Hills RCMP officers received the report of a collision involving a semi tractor trailer unit and a pedestrian near the junction of Highway 1 and PR 110.
