On September 26, 2009, at 1pm, Gimli RCMP were notified of a plane crash approximately two miles north of the Gimli Airport.
On July 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., Carman RCMP were called to a single aircraft accident located just off of highway 13, 2 miles north of the Town of Carman, Manitoba.
On January 21, 2009 at 3:15 p.m., RCMP Selkirk Detachment were dispatched to a field near Bay Road and Karabin Road in the RM of St Andrews about a mile north of the St. Andrews airport.
On December 14, 2008 East Interlake RCMP received a call of an airplane making an emergency landing in Gimli due to smoke on board.
