The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) “D” Division and the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs (AMC), today, signed a Memorandum of Understanding supporting common goals to enhance relations and facilitate police service delivery to First Nations peoples in Manitoba.
