On June 7, 2016, around 5pm, Swan River RCMP officers responded to a call regarding a resident that found what he believed to be the remains of a body on the shoreline of Lake Winnipegosis in the area of Shoal River.
On Wednesday May 18, 2016 at about 6pm, Selkirk RCMP were called to the Selkirk Golf and Country Club in the City of Selkirk, after receiving a report of a body that had been discovered.
On April 25, 2016, at approximately 5:30pm, officers from The Pas RCMP were called to the Opaskwayak Cree Nation following the discovery of a deceased female.
