On March 15, 2013, at about 1pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation on the Trans-Canada Highway, east of Portage la Prairie.

Portage la Prairie RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Tiah Catcheway.

On December 5, 2012, at 11:30am, Blue Hills area RCMP were dispatched to Road 75 W and Highway 1, where it was reported that an injured cow was laying on the highway.

RCMP are reminding motorists to use caution when driving on roadways, particularly between Brandon and Virden.

Souris RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Tianne Danisha Bell.

On October 18, 2012, at approximately 7:10pm, RCMP from the Blue Hills area as well as Emergency Services from Brandon, were dispatched to a serious two vehicle collision on Highway 10 and Road 45N, 16 km’s south of Brandon.

A member of the Canadian Forces has been charged with bestiality after being arrested by police this past week.

On September 30, 2012, at about 1:50am, Blue Hills RCMP Detachment were dispatched with Fire and Ambulance to the intersection of Highway 1 and Provincial Road 270, about 5 miles west of Brandon.

Brandon RCMP as well as local emergency services responded to the scene of a cattle truck rollover on road 103 west, approximately 14 km south east of Brandon in the RM of Cornwallis.

On July 3, 2012, at 4:15pm, Brandon RCMP were dispatched to a 3 vehicle crash that had occurred on Veterans Way at the intersection of Curtis road.
