RCMP have arrested and charged an 18-year-old RM of Cornwallis female with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
On April 28, 2010, at approximately 2pm, Brandon RCMP were notified that there had been an accident at a commercial business at the old Airforce Base in the RM of Daly, just outside the town of Rivers, Manitoba.
Cherie Elaine Clark of Rivers Manitoba has been charged with impaired driving causing death and careless driving causing death in a fatal collision that occurred last November.
