On March 23, 2015, at approximately 1:20am, Steinbach RCMP officers on patrol observed a prohibited driver operating an unregistered motor vehicle within the City of Steinbach.
On September 10, 2011, at around 12:45pm, officers observed a black Cadillac Escalade failing to stop at a stop sign at the corner of Mountain Road and Whitmore Avenue East in Dauphin.
