On Friday, May 20, 2016, the Steinbach RCMP GIS unit arrested 56-year-old Glen Neiman of Arnaud, Manitoba, as a result of a two month cocaine trafficking investigation called Project Defog.

In November 2015, the Oakbank RCMP Detachment commenced a lengthy investigation into the trafficking of cocaine and illegal counterfeit pills involving several individuals within the Oakbank community.

Four people have been charged with methamphetamine trafficking after a Steinbach RCMP GIS unit and Altona Police Service led investigation.

On October 20, 2015, Churchill RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in Churchill, Manitoba, where a total of four firearms, assorted shotgun and rifle ammunition and drugs were seized.

On October 13, 2015, at approximately 5pm, Steinbach RCMP stopped a vehicle on Reimer Avenue near Main Street in Steinbach after receiving a call from a concerned member of the public.

Steinbach RCMP Detachment are currently conducting an investigation into the trafficking of a dangerous drug within the City of Steinbach.

Two individuals are facing a number of drug-related charges after recently being arrested in Steinbach by local RCMP.
