On February 7, 2016, at 3am, Emergency Services responded to a fire on located just west of Steinbach on Westland Drive.
On January 16, 2016 at approximately 6:30pm, Brandon RCMP were called to a residential fire in the community of Glenboro.
On January 1, 2016, at approximately 11:30pm, Stonewall RCMP were called to a residential fire on School Road in Stony Mountain after witnesses driving by the residence observed the house on fire and immediately called 911.
On December 29, 2015, shortly before 7am, officers from the Oxford House RCMP detachment were called to a residential fire in Oxford House.
The chief provincial public health officer advises that based on reports from Environment Canada, conditions are favourable for parts of Manitoba to be exposed to smoke and haze drifting from a number of wildland fires that are burning in the northwest United States over the next few days.
On August 8, 2015, shortly before 2am, Swan River RCMP attended a residence on Main Street in Swan River in response to a report of a residential fire.
On August 7, 2015 shortly after 9am, Virden RCMP received a report of a residential fire following an explosion at a house on Thompson Place in Virden, Manitoba.

On June 16, 2015, just after 5am, Selkirk RCMP responded to a structure fire of an unoccupied apartment building on Mercy Street in Selkirk, Manitoba.
On May 5, 2015, at approximately 4pm, Russell, Roblin and Rossburn RCMP responded to a house fire in the Village of Binscarth, Manitoba.
