On October 3, 2012, just before 9am, Selkirk RCMP Detachment along with St. Andrews Fire Department, responded to a building fire at the Viterra storage shed, just off of Highway 8, close to Petersfield.
On September 28, 2012, just before 9am, Arborg RCMP Detachment along with the Arborg, Fisher Branch and Riverton Fire Departments, responded to an industrial fire at Pro-Fab Industries near Arborg in the RM of Bifrost.
On September 24, 2012, shortly after 11:30pm, McCreary RCMP Detachment along with the local Fire Department responded to a fire at the J.A.R. Centre in Crane River.
On September, 16, 2012, at approximately 3:14am, Steinbach RCMP were informed of a fire at a local restaurant on Highway 12 in Steinbach.
On September 15, 2012, just after 3am, Rossburn and area RCMP as well as local emergency service were dispatched to the scene of a fatal house fire in Rossburn, Manitoba.
On September 9, 2012, just after 3:30am, Virden RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to a fire at the True Value hardware store in Virden, Manitoba.
At approximately 12:30AM on August 23, 2012, Amaranth RCMP responded to a machine shop fire on Road 73 North in the RM of Westbourne, Manitoba.
On August 15, 2012, shortly after 1:30am, Portage la Prairie RCMP Detachment along with local Fire and EMS were dispatched to a residential fire in the 200 block of Victoria Avenue in Portage la Prairie.
Two individuals that died in a recent residential fire in Winnipeg Beach, have been positively identified by police.
On August 5, 2012, at about 6:30am, the Gimli RCMP Detachment, local area Fire and EMS were dispatched to a residential fire on Prospect Street in Winnipeg Beach.
