Clayton Ewert, a 48-year-old Kemnay, Manitoba man, has been charged following a shooting incident where a West Traffic Services RCMP officer was shot.
On October 3, 2014, at about midnight, Brandon RCMP were called to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 1 and 1A near Kemnay, Manitoba.
