On April 15, 2014, at approximately 6pm, Thompson RCMP responded to a call that a child had been mauled by two dogs in Lac Brochet, Manitoba.
RCMP were able to locate and recover four snowmobilers who were missing since April 16, 2010.
On April 14, 2010, RCMP Lynn Lake Detachment were called by the Lac Brochet Band Security advising that the family of 29-year-old Brian Denechezhe of Lac Brochet were quite concerned that he had not returned home.
On September 27, 2009 at about 10am, the Lynn Lake RCMP were informed that a 33-year-old man from the community of Lac Brochet had not been seen since 2pm the previous day.
On July 3, 2009 Lac Brochet RCMP (Lynn Lake Detachment) received a report of a missing person.
On February 28, 2009 at about 6:00 p.m., the body of a 20-year-old Lac Brochet First Nation woman was found near a snowmobile trail within the community of Lac Brochet.
