Manitoba’s law enforcement agencies are encouraged to apply for $1.5 million in grants to invest in specialized equipment, training and other resources to support their work and create safer communities across the province.
The Law Enforcement Review Agency has released their annual report for 2011, showing an increase in complaints from 2010.
