On December 16, 2013, the RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit arrested 29-year-old Shelly Lynne Chartier of Easterville, Manitoba on 13 new charges of personation and fraud.
The Dauphin Municipal RCMP have charged a 22-year-old Winnipeg woman with personation this past weekend.
