On February 16, 2014, shortly after 2:30am, Ethelbert RCMP as well as local emergency services responded to a commercial property fire on Poplar Avenue in Pine River, Manitoba.
On June 22, 2013, at about 5:30am, Dauphin RCMP and local area EMS responded to a single motor vehicle collision, about four miles north of Pine River on Highway 10.
