On behalf of the Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State for Science and Technology, Shelly Glover, Member of Parliament for St. Boniface, along with Diane McGifford, Minister of Advanced Education and Training, announced a Knowledge Infrastructure Program investment of $10 million in Red River College.
