On April 11, 2015, the Dakota Ojibway Police Service received a report of a possible burial site in Roseau River First Nation and requested assistance from specialized RCMP services.
On March 1, 2015 at approximately 1pm, Dakota Ojibway Police Service responded to a report of a possibly deceased person outside of the Ginew School in Roseau River First Nation.
On September 16, 2014, RCMP charged five individuals with unauthorized use of credit card data, three of the individuals were employees of the Dakota Ojibway Police Service.
On November 20, 2009 shortly before 5am , Dakota Ojibway Police Service were called to an injured male at a residence on Roseau River First Nation.
