On December 5, 2009 at approximately 3:05am, Selkirk RCMP were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store located on Main Street in the City of Selkirk.

On November 20, 2009, at approximately 11:20am, the Selkirk RCMP’s General Investigation Section (GIS) and Community Policing Unit arrested two students at the Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School (LSRCSS) in Selkirk Manitoba.

On November 14, 2009, at around 4am, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a collision involving a van that hit a truck parked on Taylor Avenue in the City of Selkirk.

On November 14, 2009 at around 9:30pm, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a theft of gas from the Canada Safeway Gas Bar located on Manitoba Avenue at Main Street in the City of Selkirk.

On November 4, 2009, Selkirk RCMP executed an arrest warrant on a Selkirk man wanted by RCMP who was located in a hotel room at the South Beach Casino and Resort in Scanterbury, Manitoba.

On October 07, 2009 at approximately 3:30am, Selkirk RCMP responded to a report of a shooting which occurred in a parking lot of a business located on Eveline Street at Manitoba Avenue in the City of Selkirk.

On October 7, 2009, at around 8:10am, Selkirk RCMP received a report of damage to property at the Selkirk Golf and Country Club located in the City of Selkirk.

On October 4, 2009 at around 3:50pm, Selkirk RCMP were dispatched to a report of a sexual assault that had occurred on a regularly scheduled bus departing Selkirk for Winnipeg.

The victim of a hit and run that occurred earlier this week just east of the East Selkirk Bridge on highway 204, has been identified as 33-year-old Jeremy Wright of Selkirk, Manitoba.

On August 13, 2009, shortly after 12:30am, RCMP Selkirk Detachment were dispatched to a hit and run pedestrian just east of the East Selkirk Bridge on highway 204.
