This is the time of year when it is very tempting to start your vehicle and let it run to warm up. However, there have been several reports of vehicles being stolen in the St. Malo and St-Pierre-Jolys, MB area when the keys were left in the vehicle.
On November 28, 2014, St. Pierre-Jolys RCMP arrested a St. Malo man in connection to a recent armed robbery at a local gas station.
On October 21, 2014, at approximately 9:30pm, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle that had struck a pedestrian on Highway 59, just north of the intersection of Highway 23, in the RM of De Salaberry.
On August 9, 2014, at about 4:15pm St. Pierre RCMP, along with local emergency services, responded to a report of a possible drowning at St. Malo Provincial Park Beach.
On July 11-13, 2014, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP deployed the “D” Division Action Response Team (DART), where multiple officers focused on traffic enforcement in the area.
On July 8, 2014, just after 1:30pm, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP received a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 75, south of Winnipeg.
On June 20, 2014, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP received a report of a man in a vehicle approaching two male youths while they were riding their bikes in Iles des Chenes, Manitoba.
On June 16, 2014, just before 11pm, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP were called out to a single-vehicle rollover on Provincial Road 206, just south of Provincial Road 207 in the RM of Tache, Manitoba.
On May 16, 2014, shortly before 11am, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP responded to an armed robbery at a business on Main Street in St. Adolphe, Manitoba.
St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old female youth, Toni Rose Linklater.
