On the heels of the police members from the Ste. Anne Police Department’s resigning, the RM of Tache has decided they would like to see the RCMP move into the Town of Sre. Anne with a detachment office.

Ste. Anne Manitoba is hoping to put a prolonged period of turbulence behind it with the hiring of a new police officer from Nova Scotia.

If any RM of Ste. Anne residents are wondering why drainage projects slated for last year are not occurring, it is because the municipality is still waiting to hear from the province.
