On April 10, 2009, at about 6:10 p.m., members of the RCMP Thompson Detachment responded to a call at a town house complex in the Eastwood area in the City of Thompson.
On January 30, 2009, the RCMP Thompson Detachment was notified by the Child Protection Centre of a 17-month-old child, who had been medevaced from Thompson to Children’s Hospital in Winnipeg.
On February 24, 2009, at 7:20 a.m., Thompson RCMP were notified of a death that occurred underground at the Vale Inco nickel mine site in Thompson, Manitoba.
On January 26, 2009 at 11:05 p.m., Thompson RCMP received a report of a snowmobile collision near the edge of Ospwagon Lake.
On December 29th, 2008 at approximately 4:10am, Thompson RCMP received a report that a taxi cab driver was being robbed in the Eastwood area.
On November 29, 2008 at about 5:45 a.m., 25-year-old Charles Brightnose of Thompson was found assaulted outside a Thompson residence.
