At 1:00am on April 16, 2009, Oakbank RCMP received a call regarding a motor vehicle collision on the #1 highway just east of the intersection of PR207.
On April 9, 2009, at about 7 p.m., members of the St. Pierre Jolys RCMP Detachment were dispatched to a single vehicle collision 1/2 mile east of Grunthal on Provincial Road 205 in the Rural Municipality of Hanover.
Ashten Milne, 21, of Winnipeg has been charged with dangerous driving causing death in a single vehicle collision dating back to June of 2008.
On March 26, 2009 at about 6:50 am., Selkirk RCMP were informed of a two vehicle collision on Highway 9 near the junction of Liss Road, in the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews.
On March 21st at about 8:12 p.m., Wabowden RCMP were informed of a two vehicle collision on Highway 373, 15 km east of the junction 373 and Highway 6.
On March 10, 2009 at 8:05 a.m., RCMP St. Pierre Detachment were dispatched to a collision involving a school bus heading to Lorette and a passenger car at the junction of Highway 1 and Provincial Road 207.
On March 5, 2009 shortly after 9 a.m., RCMP St. Pierre Detachment along with Emergency Services were dispatched to a single Semi Tractor Trailer collision 1 kilometre north of St. Adolphe on Highway 75.
On February 2, 2009 at about 5 p.m., Gimli RCMP were dispatched to a collision about 3 miles north of Beaver Creek on PR 234 in the RM of Bifrost involving two vehicles.
On February 1, 2009 at about 3 p.m., Portage la Prairie RCMP Detachment with the Portage Emergency Medical Services and the Portage Fire Department responded to a 12 vehicle collision in the westbound lanes of Highway #1 and Highway #13.
On January 29, 2009 at about 5:20 p.m., Carberry RCMP and Fire were dispatched to a two vehicle collision.
