On July 8, 2013, at about 4pm, Falcon Beach RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a fatal single vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway at Prawda.

On October 7, 2012, just before 5am, Selkirk RCMP Rural Detachment officers were dispatched to an unrelated call when they came across a Pontiac Grand Am flipped upside down in the ditch on Highway 4 near the intersection of Highway 9.
